Soap and glory are a brand I always associate with body products, I always forget they do make up too!

I have recently been using their blush and powder and I love them.

Peach party is is a multi colour blush, It looks very shimmery but when you apply it, it gives an amazing natural glow to your skin. It is great as you can create your own custom shade by choosing what colours to pick up on your finger or brush. The very light shade you can also use as an under brow highlighter.

The one heck of a blot powder is a translucent mattifying powder and comes with a puff. It leaves your skin matt and an almost velvet finish. It is great as it is the kind of product you can reapply without looking cakey.

Both compacts come with a built in mirror so they are perfect for on the move applications 🙂

I wanted to share with you my thoughts on two products I have recently stumbled across, The first being a blusher and the second is a lipstick. Both can be purchased from www.beautycrowd.com

The blusher is by a brand called Nicka K and is in shade Petal. What I liked most about this is that it is a great colour and gives just a slight hint on your cheeks. I often see peeople who look like a clown applied their blusher! This one is great as it is subtle and the shade is very flattering. It is very decently priced at £6.95 and I love how it has a built in mirror for on the go applications!

Next up is this lipstick by Milani in shade 26 nude creme. Priced at £5 this is another affordable product. It is the kind of shade that I imagine would suit everyone. It adds just a hint of colour and is easy to apply, leaving your lips feeling soft and moisturised.

I also really like the gold packaging as it looks very up market and sophisticated.

I have been trying a few items from dermaV, the brand can be found in poundland, home bargains and savers.

I firstly tried the deep cleansing nose strips. When I was younger I used similar ones but I remember them costing at least £3 a pack but these are only £1 for a pack of 6!

They didn’t take too long to dry on my nose and seemed to remove a substainsual amount of blackheads. I think I will try to do one a week from now on 🙂

The rescue oil reminds me of bio oil but a more reasonably priced version 🙂 I have been using it on my acne scars for the last few weeks and they look slightly better so I am very impressed with this.

I will definitely be trying more of their products!

As you can see, there are lots of different products. I had never tried the Lollibalm before and it is now one of my favourite go to lip products. I wore it on my wedding day and it left my lips very moisturised whilst keeping a hint of colour throughout the whole day.

2true have recently become one of my favourite brands. They offer good quality make up at such a reasonable price. You may recognise their name from the stands in superdrug where their products can be as cheap as £1.99 each!

To create my look below I used these products:

WOW volume mascara in no1 black

Colour drench lipstick shade 5

8hr power lip colour in Uma

Pro bright touch concealer in no1 light

Brow fix no2 blonde

I would recommend if you haven’t tried any of their products yet that you pick some up next time you go shopping 🙂 you won’t be disappointed!
