If you’re trying to find happiness from people on the other end of a screen, you need to reconsider your true happiness triggers rather than faking them for a social media app. There are so many benefits of having a social media break, especially when it comes to protecting your mental health. You may find that a short time away from certain apps helps you to reconfigure your goals.

Most of these things don’t cost a lot of money and can be implemented quickly and safely into your day to day regime.
