Recently my shoulder has really been hurting from overdoing the exercise as I am not used to it! I am trying to strengthen my upper body by boxing and a pull up bar but have managed to pull a muscle in my shoulder.
I had been having lots of hot baths to soothe it but wanted to see if a muscle soak would help.
I have been really impressed with this Al!ve muscle ease bath foam that you can get in sainsbury’s for £5. The bottle is quite big and you only need to use a small amount at a time.
I find that hot baths really help if you are suffering with muscular pain. The dead sea salt will help with the aches and the seaweed and eucalyptus help revive your body and skin and remove toxins.
The bath foam smells really nice and I feel really clean and invigorated after using it. It has really helped with my shoulder and I plan to give it a bit of a rest now so it heals fully.
How do you help yourself recover from muscle pain?

I’m trying to be a bit more active in 2020 and one of my goals is to do more hillwalking, but it always leaves my muscles absolutely aching the next day! I love a nice warm bath to help with that and this sounds like a great product to help ease the pain!
